Working in a team

Yesterday we both talked about education, so today we are going to write (about) some different topics:D

I'm=delete thinking of our plan, it sounds ordinary, to write some English and Chinese articles and we=delete correct our articles for each other every( )day. But I think the point is=delete how can you keep doing that everyday? It is almost impossible for most people, if you (have to) do that all(everything) by yourself.

So that's the surprise(discovery) I have found(had) from our small plan. When you work in (a) team, (al)though there are only two people, you can be(function as) adviser for each other, and there seems/to be) few chance(s) for you to say "ah...it's 10 o'clock now(,) I should go to bed..." or "I can do that tomorrow..." But=delete once you are in a team, you'll always try your best, if you don't want to break word(s) to your team members and lose the sense of responsibility(responsibility). (Or, if you don't want to be judged as irresponsible/if you don't want to lose the feeling of being responsible)

However, working in (a) team may also have some drawbacks. When it(there) is a big number of people in a team but people do(can I use doing here? Yes you can, but you should say but people are doing because you are talking about when 什么什么) small tasks, the team will face the risk of free-riding.


Question: is the tile(title) right in grammar(grammatically correct)? can I use working in teams or working in a team ^^^

Eva = You can use either working in teams or working in a team, but your title says "working in team". You either have to specify that it is "a team" or the plural "teams" :-)
